Ipad upgrade to ios 7. cant get past set up

I upgraded my Ipad2 to IOS 7 and now I cant get past the set up.  The Ipad keeps asking me to restore from computer.  After I restore, the Ipad reboots and then puts me back at the set up screen..  I have rebooted the Ipad but it keeps telling me the Ipad has not been set up.  Please help.  Thanx.
